Environmental Studies
For over five years, Preservation Ranch has conducted more than 26 independent studies analyzing the environmental characteristics of the Property and its preservation and restoration needs. These studies have focused on Biology, Water quality and hydrology, Timber resource, Vineyards, Geology, Roads, Cultural resources and Mapping.
This analysis has involved extensive interaction with federal, state and local regulatory agencies to ensure that project design addresses regulatory issues and that the data being gathered and methodologies used will provide the necessary information to accurately evaluate the Project.
Following is a list of reports and studies prepared or being prepared for the Project. These reports and studies are included in the application materials to Sonoma County, CDF, and other responsible, expert, or trustee agencies in support of the Land Use, California Environmental Quality Act, and permitting process. These documents are made available on the Sonoma County PRMD website.
